Added model creation in evaluator.py
Changed path to the file to write to a variable in predictor.py.

Edited evaluator.py script. Copied model loading from trainer.py. Changed names of variables which needed to run evaluate_model.

Refactoring model serialization and deserialization. When loading a model the NN architecture is loaded using AutoModel.from_config.

Changed path to eval_path and pred_path in the [data] section. Added path and max_seq_len to the [predict] section

Removed the default value for pretrained_path: string def __init__(...) because of the error it caused in line 99.
